Delete your account and data

Last updated: 2026-09-22

This page explains how to delete your Menu Maker AI account and the data attached to it. You do not need to sign in to read it.

The app

Menu Maker AI, published by Better Life With Apps.

How to request deletion

The quickest way is inside the app: open Settings, scroll down to Your data, tap Delete my data and confirm. The app then clears the data it kept on your device and queues the account for deletion; from that moment the account can no longer be used.

If you can no longer open the app — because you have uninstalled it, for instance — write to privacy@blwapps.com from any address instead and tell us:

Menu Maker AI accounts carry no name and no email address, so an email address on its own is usually not enough for us to find your record. A store order number is the most reliable way for us to locate the account. If you cannot supply anything that identifies it, we may not be able to act on the request — not because we are refusing it, but because there is nothing linking the request to a specific record.

Once we can identify the account, we revoke your access and delete the account. The result is the same as deleting it in the app.

What gets deleted

Your access is revoked as soon as the request is accepted. After a short safety delay, we remove:

The safety delay exists so that an accidental or disputed deletion can still be stopped. We do not publish its exact length here, because it is set in our systems and can change.

What is kept

Your subscription itself is not part of your account with us. It lives with the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription and does not produce a refund — cancel it in your store's subscription settings, as described in the Terms of Use.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Reinstalling the app on the same phone or tablet normally reconnects you to the same account. The app keeps an identifier for your installation that survives removal: on iPhone and iPad it is stored in the iOS keychain, and on Android it is derived from an ID the system assigns to the app on that device.

Uninstalling does not delete anything by itself. To have the record deleted, send the request described above.

Other privacy requests

Deletion is one of several rights you have. You can also ask for access to your data, correction, restriction, portability, or to object to processing. Write to privacy@blwapps.com. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and why.
